Hyundai Tucson: Active Air Flap (AAF) Actuator

Hyundai Tucson - Fourth generation (NX4) - (2020-2023) - Workshop Manual / Engine Mechanical System / Cooling System / Active Air Flap (AAF) Actuator

Remove the front bumper.
(Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "Front Bumper Cover")
Disconnect the active air flap connector (A).

Remove the active air flap actuator (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Cylinder Block - Replacement

Components Rear oil seal Replacement Remove the fly wheel. (Refer to Cylinder Block - "Fly Wheel") Remove the rear oil seal (A). Apply engine oil on the edge of new rear oil seal. Using SSTs (09231-H1100, 09231
