Hyundai Tucson: Active Air Flap (AAF) Actuator
Hyundai Tucson - Fourth generation (NX4) - (2020-2023) - Workshop Manual / Engine Mechanical System / Cooling System / Active Air Flap (AAF) Actuator
- Remove the front bumper.
(Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "Front Bumper Cover")
- Disconnect the active air flap connector (A).

- Remove the active air flap actuator (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

- Install in the reverse order of removal.

Cylinder Block - Removal and Installation
Remove the cylinder head.
(Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - "Cylinder Head")
Remove the RH water jacket insert and LH water jacket insert (A).

Remove the front bumper.

Disconnect the active air flap connector (A).
