Component Location

  1. Outside rear view mirror

Replacement

WARNING

  • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
  • Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
  1. Remove the front door trim.

    (Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Trim")

  2. Press the lock pin, separate the outside rear view mirror connector (A).

  1. Loosen the mounting bolts and clip, remove the outside rear view mirror (A).

Tightening torque : 6.9 - 10.8 N.m (0.7 - l.lkgf.m , 5.1 - 8.0 lb-ft)

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure.

WARNING

Make sure the connector is connected properly.
