Hyundai Tucson: Air Cleaner Assembly
Removal and Installation
- Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
- Disconnect the air flow sensor (AFS) connector (A).

- Remove the air duct (A).

- Disconnect the RCV hose (A).

- Remove the air cleaner assembly
Tightening torque : Intake hose clamp : 2.9 - 4.9 N.m (0.3 - 0.5 kgf.m, 2.2 - 3.6 lb-ft)
Air cleaner assembly :8.0 - 10.0 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 6.0 - 7.4 Ib-ft)
(1) Remove the breathe hose (A).
(2) Remove the intake hose (B).
(3) Remove the air cleaner assembly (C).

- Install in the reverse order of removal.
