Component Location

Fuel filler door cover
WARNING
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
- Open the fuel filler door (A).

- Using a flat tip driver (A) unlock the lock pin (B) and then remove the fuel filler door cover (C).


- To install, reverse removal procedure.

WARNING
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the rear wheel guard.
(Refer to Body Side Molding - "Rear Wheel Guard")
- Open the fuel filler door (A).

- Open the fuel filler door cap (A) and urea cap (B).

- Loosen the mounting nuts, separate the filler neck assembly (A).

- Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the fuel filler door assembly (A).

- Disconnect the fuel filler door connector (A).


- To install, reverse removal procedure.
