Hyundai Tucson:  Concentric Slave Cylinder Assembly - Removal

Hyundai Tucson - Fourth generation (NX4) - (2020-2023) - Workshop Manual / Clutch System /  Concentric Slave Cylinder Assembly /  Concentric Slave Cylinder Assembly - Removal

Gasoline 1.6 T-GDI / Gasoline 2.0 MPI

  1. Remove the manual transaxle assembly.

(Refer to In case by Gasoline 1.6 T-GDI System - "Manual Transaxle")

(Refer to In case by Gasoline 1.6 T-GDI System - "Intelligent Manual Transaxle")

(Refer to In case by Gasoline 2.0 MPI System - "Manual Transaxle")

  1. Pull the clip (A). In case by Intelligent Manual Transaxle type

  1. Loosen the bolts and then removing the concentric slave cylinder (A).

Tightening torque : 19.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.0 - 2.7 kgf.m, 14.2 - 19.5 lb-fit)

Diesel 1.6 TCI

  1. Remove the manual transaxle assembly.

(Refer to In case by Diesel 1.6 TCI System - "Manual Transaxle")

(Refer to In case by Diesel 1.6 TCI System - "Intelligent Manual Transaxle")

  1. Pull the clip (A). In case by Intelligent Manual Transaxle type

  1. Remove the concentric slave cylinder assembly from the transaxle case by loosening the bolts (A).

Tightening torque : 19.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.0 - 2.7 kgf.m, 14.2 - 19.5 lb-fit)
